i tell every single service rep that very thing, which they probalby hate since everyone probably tells them the same thing. but i do it anyway. my dream is the reps will revolt and change the voicemail system.

we are allowed to brag about the warm weather becuse we pay exorbitantly higher rent and mortgages and energy bills than you do. GIV US SOMETHING.
