Green grass, blue skies, and the occasional splashes of color tossed about the garden. . . . Yes, Florida! Oh, and did I mention that the birds don’t fly south from here? I watched some amazing sand hill cranes swoop across the lake this morning as I walked around the neighborhood—minus the northern encumbrances. No boots. No mittens. Not even a scarf. Living on the edge, I know.

By the way, I’m looking forward to seeing your fabulous nail polish in person.

I’ll pass it along. My guess is the response will be that, by printing some of the ones you and I would identify as more contentious or “lower-plane,” they’re trying to make sure they’re including criticism as well as compliments….which is a good goal, of course.
