		<description><![CDATA[Although I have taught on the roles of elders, deacons and evangelists in the church fairly recently, and I know the topic of the role of men and women in the church has been discussed several times, I also have to admit not taking much initiative to see that men are getting good training and preparation to assume the work of the eldership and diaconate.  All the men of our small church participate in leading worship, but there&#039;s certainly more we could be doing to prepare ourselves for greater service.]]></description>
